By accessing the Healthy Organic Show 2026 website (theorganicshow.com), registering as a visitor or exhibitor, or otherwise participating in the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register for the event.
2. Event Information
Healthy Organic Show 2026 is organised by Zain Exhibitions and takes place 25–27 May 2026 at the Egypt International Exhibitions Centre, Cairo. Dates, programme, speakers, and venue are subject to change; the organiser will notify registered participants of material changes in advance.
3. Use of Website
- You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, server, or database.
- You will not upload viruses, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- All site content (text, images, logos, video) is the property of Zain Exhibitions or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
4. Visitor Registration & Tickets
- Visitor tickets are issued upon successful registration. The standard entry price is 500 EGP at the door.
- Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold without written permission.
- Visitors must present a valid photo ID and registration confirmation at entry.
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with venue rules or local law.
5. Exhibitor & Sponsor Participation
- Booth bookings, sponsorship packages, and partnership agreements are governed by a separate written contract signed between the exhibitor/sponsor and Zain Exhibitions.
- Exhibitors are responsible for compliance with food safety, labelling, and product certification rules applicable in Egypt.
- Setup, breakdown, and stand operation must follow the schedule and venue regulations published by the organiser.
- Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the exhibitor contract.
6. Code of Conduct
All attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, staff, and partners are expected to act professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discriminatory behaviour, or any conduct that disrupts the event is not tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.
7. Photography & Recording
The organiser may photograph, record, and stream parts of the event for promotional and editorial use. By attending, you consent to your image and voice being captured and used in connection with the event and Zain Exhibitions' marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a staff member on-site.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zain Exhibitions, its affiliates, partners, and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at the event, including loss of business, data, or profits. Direct liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) for the relevant ticket or booth.
9. Force Majeure
Zain Exhibitions is not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, terrorism, or venue closure. In such cases, the organiser will work with participants in good faith on rescheduling or proportionate refunds.
10. Intellectual Property
"Healthy Organic Show", "Zain Exhibitions", their logos, and all associated brand assets are trademarks of Zain Exhibitions. No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.
11. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party sites (exhibitor pages, partner sites, social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Access them at your own discretion.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your participation in the event shall be settled exclusively by the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
